Internship overview
During my internship at PACCAR, I designed marketing materials and visual assets for the Global Connected Services team to support PACCAR Solutions, a fleet management platform that tracks operational trucks. I created presentation templates, digital & print collateral, email campaigns, newsletter templates, and AI-assisted product demos to promote the platform. These materials highlighted key features, communicated product value, and demonstrated how PACCAR Solutions enhances the customer experience and strengthens PACCAR’s competitive position in the trucking industry.
I also took initiative to deepen my understanding of the product and user experience, collaborating with product and engineering teams on the Over-the-Air Parameters feature. This functionality allows customers to remotely monitor and control truck settings, such as engine performance and tire pressure, in real time while vehicles are still on the road.
